Thyme

Another easy herb to plant in your garden or in pots on a windowsill, Thyme has tiny leaves and myriad of uses. Just plant, water, give it some sun and watch it grow. Pro tip: when it’s grown a little bigger, run your hands through its tiny leaves and breathe in the scent. It’s known for promoting calm and serenity, which is why we included it in our Mindful Thoughts edition.
